- Location for the registration for the conference and the Hospitality room will be anounced. Please make sure to check-in. The Hospitality room will be open during the noted times:

Friday, July 26: 3:00PM to 1:30AM
Saturday, July 27: 3:00PM to 1:30AM
- The CDAP Executive Board meeting will be held on Thursday, July 25th at 5:30 PM.
- Please make your own meal reservations in the hotel's dining area.
- The Association will not pay for any meal charges incurred in the restaurants.
- The training session on Friday morning will start at 9:00 AM.
- On Friday, July 26th there will be a business meeting of both Associations starting at 2:00 PM.
- Any alcohol purchased while in the dining areas or bar(s) is the responsibility of those ordering it, and cannot be charged to your room.
- All room service charges are the responsibility of those placing / receiving the order.
- Please see any member of the Hotel's Staff for information about local attractions.
- If for any reason you have to leave the conference early please contact Richard Marsh so your overnight accomodations can be canceled. If we provide notice we will not be charged for your empty room. Failure to provide notice will result in a room charge the Association will not cover and will be billed to the member.
